StubHub.com boosts open, click-through rates with targeted campaigns

StubHub.com, a subsidiary of eBay that serves as a place where users can buy and sell tickets online, has developed a more targeted e-mail marketing strategy. The company determined that e-mails segmented by both the recipients' ZIP codes and preferences have a 6% higher click-through rate and 10% higher open rate than e-mails segmented only by ZIP code.
