Ford ad on Twitter uses ordinary tweet as copy

A Promoted Tweet on Twitter by Ford used a positive comment from a social-media consultant in place of ad copy. Ford does not have a business connection with Mack Collier and didn't pay him for the tweet, which linked to a video of Ford Chief Marketing Officer Jim Farley explaining the cost benefits of social media.
