Renewable-energy advocates push for changes to Missouri's RES

Renewable-energy advocates are seeking approval from Missouri Secretary of State Robin Carnahan for a proposed ballot initiative that would amend the state's renewable-energy standard from 15% by 2021 to 25% by 2025. The proposed ballot initiative also seeks to address some disagreements between utilities and renewable-energy suppliers.
