After 2 delays, ViaSat satellite launch is set for Oct. 19

The launch of ViaSat's $400 million broadband communications satellite has been scheduled for Oct. 19 after a pair of delays. The ViaSat-1 launch, which can be viewed via a webcast, is aimed at providing high-speed Internet service to those who cannot subscribe to cable or DSL.
