Retirees with PTSD urged to resubmit claims to CRSC

More refined criteria are being used by the Army to evaluate PTSD claims under the Combat Related Special Compensation program, which was established to provide payments to retirees with combat-related injuries. Krista Selph, chief of the Special Compensation Branch at Human Resources Command, said approval of claims will not hinge on one specific trigger event, since "PTSD is something that takes place over time."
