Excessive screen time may put children at risk for mental problems

A U.S. study found that children ages 10 to 11 who spent more than two hours a day in front of a computer or TV screen were about 60% more likely to experience psychological difficulties. The risk of mental problems was further increased among children who didn't engage in moderate to rigorous exercise for at least an hour each day.
