How will economic woes affect search?

It's unclear how the economic crisis will affect search-engine advertising. The medium could see an increase in marketing dollars because search is relatively inexpensive and provides high ROI. But some, including Collins Stewart analyst Sandeep Aggarwal, say the sputtering economy will take a bigger than anticipated bite out of Internet ad spends.
