The Wall Street CEOs who testified before Congress last week didn't do themselves any favors by casting blame far afield, according to leadership experts. "They need to man up and take responsibility," said Warren Bennis, founder of the Leadership Institute at the University of Southern California. As a CEO in Los Angeles puts it: "You're either the boss or you're not the boss. The CEO is the owner of the deal."
