United and Boeing team up to promote cleaner flights

Boeing and United Airlines are partnering to highlight changes in passenger flight that are lowering jet emissions. For example, the industry is working to develop biofuels. "Flying quieter, using less fuel and lowering emissions are really among the top things we have to do," said Billy Glover, vice president of environment and aviation policy at Boeing.
