It's time to stop griping about young workers

Managers should stop criticizing the work habits of young workers and instead look at their work tendencies as positive, writes Nancy Lublin, CEO of Do Something. "You say self-indulgent and self-obsessed, I say optimistic and self-confident. They are hungry for responsibility, and I give it to them," Lublin writes.
