ASCE rates Virginia infrastructure as D+

The American Society of Civil Engineers graded Virginia's overall infrastructure as a D+ in a new report card. The state's roads, dams and schools scored even lower -- each got a D-. This year, transportation officials cut billions from the state's six-year transportation plan due to budget shortfalls.
