Affordable Care Act affects loans to small businesses

Some lenders are checking to see if small-business borrowers are complying with the Affordable Care Act, which requires companies with 50 or more full-time employees to offer health insurance to their full-time work force by 2015 or face penalties. A recent survey by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce found that only 30% of small businesses are ready to comply with the law.
