Judge rejects class-action vs. Wal-Mart in Texas

A federal judge in Texas has ruled that Wal-Mart won't face a class-action lawsuit by female employees claiming gender discrimination. The judge ruled that the lawsuit, filed last year and seeking to represent female Wal-Mart and Sam's Club workers in the region, had been filed too late.
