Some question McCain's knowledge of autism

After suggesting that Sarah Palin, who has a son with Down syndrome, is more knowledgeable than most about children with autism, GOP presidential nominee John McCain came under fire from some bloggers, who believe he might have confused the two disabilities during this week's presidential debate. This blogger also questioned why the senator chose to focus only on autism when there are so many children with special needs nationwide.
