Lawmakers: UHF-discount change is just one example of "regulatory uncertainty"

The Federal Communications Commission's proposal to end the UHF discount used to compute the ownership for TV station transactions is just the latest example of how the Obama administration is harming the economy by fostering "regulatory uncertainty," write Reps. Fred Upton, R-Mich., and Greg Walden, R-Ore. "There's a simple solution to this mess: Create clear rules that are predictable and applied equally to everyone," they write.
