NBCT helps establish forum for Wyo. teachers to lead

After earning National Board Certification and attending an education summit at the White House in 2011, Mauro Diaz said he was so inspired by the experiences that he established a similar summit program -- addressing local issues -- in Wyoming, where he teaches middle school. He and nine colleagues have organized the Wyoming Education Summit, which centers on helping teachers drive solutions to problems facing education in the state.
