NBC's ratings woes continue

Despite its breakout hit "My Name is Earl," NBC is struggling in the fall season ratings, suffering a precipitous 13.2% drop in viewing among the 18-to-49 demographic. Both "The Apprentice" and its new spinoff, "The Apprentice: Martha," are performing worse than expected, and even the durable "ER" is losing ground to CBS' "Without a Trace" in key demographics.
