Dave Cole was scared by the uncertainty that came with his wife's decision to drop out of the corporate world and start a company of her own. The family responded by cutting back on spending, and Cole focused on the children while his wife built her business. "The fact is, being an entrepreneurial spouse is a hard job because your support is vital to the health of the business and you have a life, too," said Bruce Sandy of Pathfinder Coaching and Consulting.
