Health app suite designed for patient education

A suite of applications for iPhones and iPads was released by Orca Health to enable providers to recommend resources to patients and educate them about their health conditions. Clinicians can leverage the interactive apps to transmit informative articles, 3D images and graphics to a secure portal where their patients can retrieve the data. Based on the beta testing of the suite, the company found that the apps boost patient retention by 15%.
