Md. to review wealth formula for schools

Maryland will partner with an outside vendor that will evaluate its wealth formula for education funding. Next year's review is expected to be applied in 2016. One state lawmaker said that if the projected decreases in funding take place, a school district in his representation area will have to close four more schools.
