AAP policy statements address violent music, media

An updated policy statement issued by the AAP said listening to sexually explicit or violent music can affect a child's school work, social life and behavior, such as leading children to be more aggressive, antisocial and promiscuous. A second policy statement from the AAP says "Media violence is the single most negative aspect of entertainment media."
