Microbrews help big chains serve local flavor

Craft beer consumption among Americans has been on the rise for several years and chain restaurants are noticing, adding more local brews to their menus. The Counter, a fast-casual burger chain that has served beer since opening its first location in 2003, offers a tasting menu that pairs four mini-burgers with four different beers.
