U.S. trails in household hygiene, says Global Hygiene Council

The U.S.'s household-hygiene status is below average, according to the Global Hygiene Council. The ranking is based on criteria including how often household surfaces are cleaned. "Results of this study should empower Americans to improve or maintain their personal and household hygiene," said council chairman John Oxford.
