Supreme Court cases could affect HR, experts say

Several upcoming U.S. Supreme Court cases will affect human resources in areas such as employer liability in workplace harassment and court jurisdiction in Fair Labor Standards Act cases, experts say. "None of the cases are earth-shattering, but they continually raise the importance of workplace policies and how they are enforced," says Nancy Conrad, an employment lawyer.
