"Soil recycling" creates green construction materials

A Toronto firm is working to recycle earth and rubble tainted by industrial processes, turning contaminated materials into eco-friendly construction materials. Experts say cleaning and reusing soil and rubble makes sense because it allows firms to use locally sourced materials from existing projects, reducing overall emissions from quarrying and hauling.
