Audit: Social Security e-identity system needs work

An audit indicates that the Social Security Administration is not meeting federal e-authentication requirements for protecting client information. The findings may hamper the agency's ability to meet its goal of having online benefit enrollment make up 50% of clients by the close of fiscal 2012.
