UK headteacher describes her leadership path

Helen Anthony, headteacher at Fortismere school in north London, says in this interview that she did not always set out to be a headteacher, but she was able to find her "own style under the expert guidance of school improvement expert, Sir Dexter Hutt," who taught her about the "sigmoid curve." She also says that, as a headteacher, other people's success motivates her and her role is about bucking the status quo and "planning and leading change."
