More evidence that healthy behavior reduces mortality

A recently released study provides additional evidence that healthy behaviors can cut mortality rates in people with and without diabetes. The protective behaviors include regular moderate-to-vigorous exercise, improved eating habits, not smoking, moderate alcohol intake, and maintaining or losing weight.
