Analysis: Videoconferencing is poised for growth in health care

A Frost & Sullivan analysis suggests that the health care sector increasingly is embracing telemedicine videoconferencing solutions, driven in part by the technology's lower costs and enhanced quality. Overcoming barriers such as electronic medical record and telemedicine interoperability issues can spur substantial growth for the technology, a Frost & Sullivan analyst said.
