Bighorn sheep in Montana make comeback after pneumonia outbreak

Bighorn sheep are increasingly appearing in Montana's Rock Creek Park, after a deadly pneumonia outbreak that started in January and threatened the herd through the spring. Pneumonia outbreaks are usually followed by several seasons of poor lamb survival, and few lambs were counted among the almost 60 bighorns spotted during the past two weekends.
