Invest in the currency of creativity

Although Linkner has literally designed his company to encourage creativity, he says, too many companies stifle that spark by creating a sense of fear in the workplace. Instead, encourage employees to take "immediate action," then "celebrate the wins. ... It's a positive cycle of improvement," he says.
