Invest in the currency of creativity

In today's business environment, "original ideas, imagination and new thinking are the currency of success," says Josh Linkner, chairman of ePrize. Although Linkner has literally designed his company to encourage creativity, he says, too many companies stifle that spark by creating a sense of fear in the workplace. Instead, encourage employees to take "immediate action," then "celebrate the wins. ... It's a positive cycle of improvement," he says.
