N.J. horse racing gallops toward an uncertain future

New Jersey's two state-owned horse-racing tracks are making plans for the 2011 season, but do not have funding for race purses. A $30 million subsidy paid each year by casinos in Atlantic City, N.J., has expired. Gov. Chris Christie is opposed to state funding for the racetracks.
