Salesforce integrates 20 partners into "super actionable" platform

Salesforce is creating what it calls a "super actionable" platform by folding Radian6 Insights into all its Marketing Cloud customers, Tim Peterson writes. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Vice President of Marketing Rob Begg says some 20 partner companies have been integrated into the platform -- divided into intelligence, influence and intent -- so marketers can get specialized reads throughout the sales funnel.
