Army Reserve to get new training model

Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Talley, chief of the Army Reserve, plans to unveil a new Reservist training model this month at the Association of the U.S. Army annual meeting in Washington, D.C. The new model will ask Reservists to train throughout the Army Force Generation cycle, and it will give Reserve leaders more say in planning exercises, Talley said.
