Law firm examining spending by Mass. university president now on leave

Evan Dobelle, president of Westfield State University in Massachusetts, has been placed on paid leave, and his spending practices are under review by a law firm. A union representing the university's faculty and librarians also voted no confidence in Dobelle, who faces questions over whether he used university credit cards for personal expenses.
