Encouraging women to act more like their male peers is not the right way to tackle the persistent gender inequality in business leadership, writes Jon Dymond, a director at Hay Group. "Nurturing diversity is not about enabling women to fit in with the 'way we do things round here'; it's about fundamentally changing the way things are done," Dymond writes. Making this sort of organizational change will help companies deal with modern business issues, Dymond writes.
Opinion: Companies must change to promote diversity
