More older workers spearhead social-media initiatives for businesses

Business social networking is being driven by workers ages 29 to 49, not the tech-savvy, post-graduate generation, says this study by Forrester Research. Boomers over the age of 55 are next in line, with 50% of those workers using social media. That's a 79% increase for the 55-and-over boomers in the past year.
