Shell CEO touts Prelude floating LNG vessel

Royal Dutch Shell CEO Peter Voser touted the company's floating liquefied natural gas vessel Prelude, which is expected to begin operations in 2017 off the coast of Australia and serve Asian markets. The vessel will weigh more than the largest aircraft carriers. "They have a few planes and 6,000 people on those," but the company will run its FLNG facility with 130 people, Voser said.
