Revamped kitchens give clubs edge over competition

Club kitchen renovations are all about making the space flow as smoothly as possible for waitstaff and cooks while ensuring the equipment gives customers the products and services they expect. Some clubs are revamping their culinary quarters and showing them off to current and potential members to drive sales. “We are very upfront about what we do,” says Oliver Boudin of the Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club. “Our culinary team is engaged with the membership on a daily basis, so we wanted to make sure our members felt comfortable going into the kitchen, by opening a door to an area that a lot of people don’t usually get to see.”
