Minn. district's program prepares educators for leadership roles

A Minnesota school district is helping prepare educators for leadership roles through an internship and mentoring program that is particularly focused on helping advance minority employees. However, in some cases, those who go through the program land in other districts, and some minority educators say they have faced obstacles in schools because of their race.
