Author and registered dietitian Zonya Foco gave Phoebe Putney Hospital employees in Albany, Ga., a lunch-and-learn session on choosing healthy foods, even from a fast-food menu. She encouraged them to make good choices, such as grilled chicken sandwiches or chili when ordering fast food, and to include a lot of vegetables and fruits and less meat when eating at home.
