Senators introduce incentives bill for antibiotic development

A bill unveiled by Sens. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., and Bob Corker, R-Tenn., seeks to spur antibiotic development and fight the spread of drug-resistant bacteria. The measure would offer incentives to raise antibiotics' commercial value as well as improve the approval process for such treatments.
