Weight loss takes more effort as people age, experts say

Nutrition and fitness experts say weight loss becomes more difficult as people age, but eating small meals and getting enough exercise can help. Calories, nutrition and exercise need to change with age, but Heather Bauers of the New Trainer center in New York City says that even though people have to work harder, the effort is worth it because "thinner and more active people live longer."
