E. coli risk prompts recall of ground beef in Hawaii

Hawaii's Higa Meat & Pork Market in Honolulu recalled approximately 4,100 pounds of ground beef because of possible contamination with E. coli O157:H7, according to the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service. The recalled products had gone to Oahu restaurants.
