Fitness experts say the best workouts combine calorie-burning cardio and muscle toning, and this fusion training trend has sparked new workout equipment that delivers on both counts. It is not cheap, however, as the Ball Bike runs $699, while more sophisticated gear such as Octane ellipticals and the Avanti CardioGym CG6 cost thousands of dollars.
