Majority of employees put great value on benefits

Benefits are increasingly important to employees in today's uncertain economy, according to the 2011 Mercer Workplace Survey. Over three-quarters of respondents said benefits make them feel appreciated by their company, and more than 90% said that they consider receiving health benefits as part of their job to be just as important as getting a paycheck.
