BlackRock goes back to phone trading of NDFs

BlackRock abandoned electronic trading and returned to phone trading in response to a Commodity Futures Trading Commission rule that requires nondeliverable forwards and other products to trade on swap-execution facilities. The requirement was contained in controversial "footnote 88."
