Calif. program puts 4th-graders on college path

Six elementary schools in a California district have partnered with a local university to offer the College Headed And Mighty Proud program to fourth-grade students. As part of the program, students visit the campus computer lab, activities center, dorms and other areas, and also learn what it will take for them to enroll one day.
