Carney questions sustainability of UK recovery

There are signs that the UK economy is improving, but the recovery might not be sustainable because it is concentrated in the southeast and the financial and housing sectors, Bank of England Governor Mark Carney says. "The recovery has begun; it is strengthening," he said. "But we are not going to withdraw monetary stimulus until it has gained that traction."
