Ind. superintendent sues school board

Indiana State Superintendent of Public Instruction Glenda Ritz has sued the state's board of education, saying the group was meeting secretly without her knowledge. Now, one school board member said an attorney will file a motion to dismiss the suit, and the state's attorney general has publicly said he hopes to resolve the matter outside of court.
